WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?
There is a 9 oz candle, a 6 cube wax melt and a 5 oz Oud Al-Anfar Incense.
WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Items in stock typically ship in 1-2 days, not including weekends or holidays. Items ordered after 10 am CST will not be shipped out until the following business day.

US Priority Mail is typically 2-3 days and can be up to a week.

MY ORDER HAS TAKEN LONGER THAN EXPECTED. WHAT DO I DO?
Please check the tracking link to see where your order is currently located. If you still have not received your package, file a claim with the carrier with the provided tracking number. Once a package leaves our facility, it is no longer our responsibility, but rather the carriers.
MY CANDLE IS MELTED. WHAT DO I DO?
During the hotter months of the year, the candle or wax melts may melt in transit. If that is the case, simply sit the candle upright and let it solidify for a day before use.
